Deployment
Our initial focus following deployment is on thorough orientation, observation, and familiarization. After a few days, we conduct a comprehensive in-house assessment, which includes identifying security-related observations, evaluating the functionality of security lights, locks, and keys, detecting leaks and vulnerabilities in the security system, assessing the need for adjustments in security personnel, and addressing specific entry and exit points. We also review patterns of stranger and public movement, particularly after dark.
Training & Development
Training is an ongoing process that can never be considered 100% complete or fully accomplished. The introduction of new personnel, evolving business landscape, emerging opportunities and new locations present unique challenges and threats.
